My goal as a Trainer has always been to spread the truth about Nutrition and Exercise. As a personal trainer, I’m limited to how many clients I can reach on a daily schedule, so I have decided to spread the word with online training. If I can teach just one more person the steps needed to get to the goal of a healthy body through proper nutrition and exercise, I will have achieved my goal.

I have been training clients since 1987 and have gone to many seminars and training certifications. My mentors are considered some of the most influential people in the fitness industry. I have taken all of their programs and exercises over the years and have created my own system. I feel it incorporates the best of the best. This system is easy to follow and makes sense on every level - whether you are a seasoned athlete or a senior trying to have more movement in your day. As you have read on my Philosophy page, I don’t believe in using stationary equipment for exercise. One of the great advantages to my program is that the equipment that I do use is very affordable and portable. The type of equipment needed can fit into a small backpack.

With my online training program you will be given the tools necessary to achieve the power to reach your goals. Some of the benefits of my online training program include:

You will have the ability to workout when it is convenient for you and your schedule. It can be done in your home or on the road while traveling. This workout will be designed for you and you only. Your goals aren’t generic so why should your program be generic. You will be held accountable for reaching your goal. You will have the understanding of how and why you have reached your goals. There won’t be anymore guessing games of what it takes to achieve your goal.

Here’s how it works:

You’ll contact me through email or phone. We’ll have a brief conversation to see if we are a good fit together. (Not every trainer is right for every client, and vice versa)

I’ll email you an invoice from Pay Pal.

Once payment is received, I’ll call you and we’ll spend some time on the phone discussing your program to get you to your goal. I’ll then email you three forms to print, fill out and return by mail (or email).

Within a week of me receiving your forms, you’ll receive your new program. The workout will be designed after you fill out the personalized health profile that gives me all the information I’ll need to design the program. Your program will arrive via email and will have a video attached.
